REQUEST OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (CONSULTANT SERVICES)

Project Title: “Strengthening Tuberculosis control and reducing AIDS related mortality in the Republic of Moldova”

The Public Institution "Coordination, Implementation and Monitoring Unit of the Health System Projects" (PCIMU) is currently implementing the Program “Strengthening Tuberculosis control and reducing AIDS related mortality in RM”, financed by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services for Accountant.

The Consultant will be part of the PCIMU team and will be responsible for the working with primary documents related to current revenues, expenses, assets, liabilities, and funds of the TB/AIDS Programs in accordance with established Program Operations Manual (POM) policies and procedures, and local legislation. In addition, the consultant will be responsible for evidence of personnel (e.g. legal and taxation aspects, staff movement, etc.).

The PCIMU now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must indicate their qualifications to perform the services (description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, etc.) and provide information attesting to their compliance with the qualification requirements described in the ToR referred to below.

The Consultants are hereby invited to submit their updated CV and Intention Letter. Please note that the PCIMU is not bound to accept any of the CVs.

The selection of consultants will be carried out in accordance with procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (current edition).
